Description:
ColdFusion component that implements the Firmata protocol in order to communication with the open source Arduino hardware/software platform.
Includs a socket.cfc (hybrid CF/Java code) that may be useful for other binary socket communication from ColdFusion. First shown at the cf.Objective(ANZ) conference in Melbourne Australia and then again at the cf.Objective conference in Minneapolis USA.
Requirements:
ColdFusion 8 or 9. Arduino board plugged into USB port. Standard Firmata running on the Arduino. Tested with the Arduino IDE 017 and 018 but should work with earlier versions as long as the firmata versions match.
